Refund policy

Free returns within 30 days. A return label is included with your order, and you have 30 days from receiving your order to return unused products.

The products must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened pillows, duvets and mattress toppers cannot be returned.

Contact us at hello@boeleisure.com with your order number if you have any questions about your return. Refunds are issued to the same payment method within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the return.
