How long is delivery?
Normally 2–5 business days within Sweden with DHL, a few working days longer to Denmark and Norway, 3–7 working days across the rest of the EU and 3–7 working days to the United Kingdom. You'll receive a tracking link once your order has shipped.
What does shipping cost?
In Sweden 59 kr, free on orders over 999 kr. In Denmark DKK 135 (free over DKK 699), in Norway NOK 199 (free over NOK 1,000) across the rest of the EU €25 (free over €89) and to the United Kingdom £22 (free over £115).
Do you deliver to the United Kingdom?
Yes. Shipping is £22, free on orders over £115, and delivery normally takes 3–7 working days. Prices exclude UK VAT; import VAT and any customs fees are payable by the recipient to the carrier on delivery.
Can I return or exchange?
Yes, you have 30 days to return unused products. Read more on our returns page.
Which materials do you use?
Ralph is woven in 100% percale cotton (200 thread count) and Regency Lee in 100% Supima cotton (300 thread count). Our down and feather products have an outer shell of 100% cotton.
Are the products really tested in hotels?
Yes. The pillow and duvet are the same models made up at ESS Group's destinations, where guests have slept in and judged them night after night. Twenty years of Nordic hospitality stand behind every choice. The rest of the range is Boe's own bedding, built on the same experience of what a bed has to withstand.
Are the products OEKO-TEX certified?
Yes, our duvet cover sets, sheets and pillowcases are OEKO-TEX certified and free from harmful chemicals.
How do I wash my products?
Most are washed at 60°. See our care guide for details per product.

The label grew out of ESS Group's hotels, where our duvets and pillows are made up nightly and tested by thousands of guests. When you order from Boe, you are buying that practice, delivered home.
