Changed your mind? Free returns within 30 days. A return label is included with your order, and refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the return.

Request a return or exchange via your account

The easiest way is to request your return directly through your Boe account:

1. Log in at account.boeleisure.com. No password needed; you sign in with your email and a one-time code.
2. Open the order you want to return.
3. Select the items you want to send back or exchange and follow the instructions.
4. Pack the products unused in their original packaging and send the parcel back using the return label included with your order (or print a new one via your account).

You will receive confirmation and updates about your return by email. Refunds are issued to the same payment method within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the products.

Conditions

• Returns are free of charge; a return label is included with your order.
• Products must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, opened pillows, duvets and mattress toppers cannot be returned.
• Refunds are issued to the same payment method within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the return.
