Refund policy

You have 30 days to return unused products from the time you receive your order.

The products must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened pillows, duvets and mattress toppers cannot be returned.

Contact us at hello@boeleisure.com with your order number and we will send instructions and a return address. Refunds are made to the same payment method as soon as we have received and inspected the return.
