Changed your mind? You have 30 days to return unused products.
Request a return or exchange via your account
The easiest way is to request your return directly through your Boe account:
- Log in at account.boeleisure.com — no password needed; you sign in with your email and a one-time code.
- Open the order you want to return.
- Select the items you want to send back or exchange and follow the instructions.
- Print the return label, pack the products unused in their original packaging, and send the parcel back.
You'll receive confirmation and updates about your return by email, and your refund is issued as soon as we've received and inspected the products.

Prefer to do it manually? Email hello@boeleisure.com with your order number and we'll send instructions and a return address.
Conditions
- Products must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, opened pillows, duvets and mattress toppers cannot be returned.
- Refunds are made to the same payment method as soon as we've received and checked the return.
