Which pillow suits your sleeping position?

Short answer: side sleepers need a high, firm pillow, like A Funky Dream in 1,300 g High. Back sleepers a medium height, 1,100 g Medium. Stomach sleepers a low, soft one. The wrong pillow height is the most common cause of a stiff neck in the morning.

The right pillow keeps your neck aligned with your spine — and that depends on how you sleep.

Do you sleep on your side?

A higher, firmer pillow that fills the gap between shoulder and head. A feather pillow gives support that lasts.

Do you sleep on your back?

A medium-height pillow that supports the natural curve of the neck without pushing the head forward.

Do you sleep on your stomach?

A low, soft pillow is gentlest. A light down pillow works well.
