How long is delivery?
Normally 2–5 business days within Sweden with DHL, and a few business days longer to Denmark and Norway. You'll receive a tracking link once your order has shipped.
What does shipping cost?
In Sweden 59 kr, free on orders over 1 000 kr. In Denmark 135 DKK (free over 700 DKK) and in Norway 199 NOK (free over 1,000 NOK).
Can I return or exchange?
Yes, you have 30 days to return unused products. Read more on our returns page.
Which materials do you use?
Ralph is woven in 100% percale cotton (200 thread count) and Regency Lee in 100% Supima cotton (300 thread count). Our down and feather products have an outer shell of 100% cotton.
Are the products OEKO-TEX certified?
Yes — our duvet cover sets, sheets and pillowcases are OEKO-TEX certified and free from harmful chemicals.
How do I wash my products?
Most are washed at 60°. See our care guide for details per product.
