01 · The House
A 1918 estate. 163 rooms. A feeling no one wanted to leave.
Maryhill opened in 2024 — a 1918 estate on the Skåne coast, shaped by twenty years of ESS hospitality. The mattress, the linen, the weight of the duvet. The way a night feels there, and the morning after. It's where Boe became Boe Leisure — where we set out to make this feeling a brand of its own. Guests didn't want to leave it. So we brought it home.

ESS Group
Hospitality · Maryhill — a 1918 estate
Owners of Maryhill, and the feeling that started this. Twenty years of Nordic hospitality, in everything you sleep in.
Alfred Lindgren
Co-founder · Creative Director
The eye behind the brand. Years in fashion — and a photographer's feel for light — taught him the small choices beautiful things are made of.

Designs what you see — the brand, the site, the moments in between. Then keeps what you don't see running: the order that arrives when it should, the email that doesn't spam. So you only have to think about the bed.
Boe · 2024 → 2026
Boe began inside Home of ESS in 2024 — a small line of essentials, quietly proving the bed could travel home. Today it takes its name forward: Boe Leisure. Same bed. A bigger room to grow into.
